well first we tryed to get a male dog so jasmine could have a little brother, but she didnt like the choice of dogs they had, she drulled evertime one came nere her, when we did a pet meet, then we wanted to try to get a boy cat, he was really nice loveing we had hime for a day, and snuggles my cat went nuts on him, so it didnt work out the way we wanted. i guess my kids dont want anymore kids in the house.

  • 3. Humane Society of Broward County - No Kill Facility

I took my (what were at the time) feral cats, to be spay/neutered at the shelter. The fee was low. The receptionist was friendly, informative and helpful.\n\nThe shelter was clean, smelled fresh (which surprised me) due to the fact that it is over populated. All the animals seem to be well taken care of and they are a NO KILL facility, which is the best.

    Clean Fresh Smell Friendly Informative

I got my cat from here about 3 years ago. They had a 2 for 1 deal, so I actually ended up getting two of them. The shelter is in a good location, near I-95, and is very state of the art (at least on the outside). They have a pet store inside and cages where you can clearly see all of the cats. I don't know about the dogs because I didn't go into that area. \n\nThe only con is that they spade my cat at only 1.5 lbs. and she got very sick.

    good location

fix animals at too light of a weight
