  • 1. Nice place to walk

    by: AbbyScott

The dog loves the drive to this park and the walk. The dog trail is not paved, but it fun. The only issues are that in the spring it does get muddy and they don't spray for ticks, so make sure your dog has protection.

    beautiful park, quiet

dog area has tick during tick season

  • 2. Columbus Metro parks excellent for pups

    by: beaglemutz

This is one of a couple of metro parks where I walk my pups. This one has 'rough' paths where spring rains can create quite the muddy mess. You can walk on the paved main roads, just watch for traffic. I like this park as it is not one of the busier ones so you can really enjoy the serenity. Located to the west of Columbus, this area has a large park reserve and not alot of traffic if you want to enjoy a nice drive too! The metro parks are good about leaving poo bags at the start of dog approved paths... good just in case you forget!

    Not too busy, great paths

    Can be muddy in spring

This is an excellent waling park and would be better if it would stop raining here! The path is easy to walk, and a good environment to enjoy
