Q. I have 3 adult cats 1 boy & 2 girls they have skin knots & were ever they lay, scratch there are black & whites specks like pepper & salt from a shake

A. It sounds like your cats may have fleas and flea allergy dermatitis (allergy from the saliva of the flea from the flea bite). If they are scratching, causing skin lesions, they may also have a secondary bacterial skin infection and may need antibiotics. I would recommend having them seen by your Vet.
