Q. I don't think u out the flea drops on correctly. My cat keeps licking and scratching himself and is going crazy. He also is yawning excessively. Help

A. Make sure you check to be sure that the flea product you used does not contain pyrethrin. This is a product used to repel mosquitos in dog treatments, but it is highly toxic to cats.

If you used an appropriate cat product I would start by giving him a bath to wash as much of the product off as possible. If the behavior continues take him to the vet, as he may be having a serious reaction to the product.
