A. Do you mean she is watching you, sort of giving you the side eye? This is a warning signal and a red flag of resource guarding. All too often we teach dogs that our hand means we will take food away when really we should be teaching the opposite. Hand feeding can be good for that reason. This sounds like an issue though best reserved for help from a Experienced trainer if it's making you nervous.
