Q. My puppy who is now 8 months old, is not food motivated for training, I have purchased every product and tried making my own treats nothing works.

A. Treats are an easy reward for the majority of people and dogs. If food doesn't work you can use a toy for a reward.

Otherwise it comes down to you being engaging and making training fun. Use your voice. You may feel dumb sounding like an excited school girl pitch "oh!! Who's a good puppppy!!" But dogs really soak it up. I really recommend finding a good class who uses an excitable voice to help encourage the dogs to be excited.
