Q. I think my dog had a bloked anal sac. I was able 2 squeze stuf out, but it's stil swolen, she's warm, & when I squeze now I get clear/pink. What I do?

A. She needs a veterinarian. Anal glands have the potential to abscess ( filled with pus in response to bacteria). If the infection is not dealt with the abscess can actually rupture through the body wall next to the anus. This is called a fistula. Either way it sounds like your dog needs antibiotics to help with the infection. Ideally I would also sedate her to flush her anal glands and fill them with an antibiotic/anti inflammatory ointment as well to kickstart the healing.
