Q. My cat came in last night and fell over. Since then he is wobbly and appears to have pain in his left hind foot. I see a little abrasion on foot

A. It's hard to tell from your description if she is just painful from an injury to her limb, or if he is exhibiting abnormal behavior possibly due to neurologic trauma. I think it would be prudent to take him in for an exam with your veterinarian. 1) you want to rule out any neurologic trauma 2) possibly administer an antibiotic if there is evidence of a cat fight. These wounds often turn into abscesses, and can lead to abnormal behavior if the bacterial infection gets into the blood stream 3) possibly radiograph the injured limb to check for fractures. I hope this helps.
