Q. My small-medium dog (14 yrs old) vomits intentionally for attention, she is now under weight. We've tried what we believe is to be everything.

A. Dogs don't normally vomit intentionally to get attention. There are many potential causes of chronic vomiting and weight loss in a pet of this advanced age. This dog should be seen by your veterinarian as soon as possible for blood work and possible radiographs to determine the cause and decide what kind of treatment can be done.
