Q. My 6 wk old kitten has this noise every time he breathes it sounds like gurgling but I'm not too sure this is the first time I'm experiencing this

A. I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with your veterinarian for an exam as soon as possible. These types of abnormal breathing sounds often are related to a respiratory infection. A kitten this young and small should be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible as it could become serious if it is not addressed. Your kitten will likely need some medication / antibiotics.
