Q. My 7 year old husky just died suddenly. I administered cpr and want to know if i should be seen by a doctor.

A. I am sorry for your loss. The only life threatening disease that would be transmitted from your dog to you by the administration of CPR would be Rabies. This is very unlikely and if your pet is current on their vaccination and did not have recent (within the last 2 weeks) fight wounds from another animal, it is highly doubtful that this was the cause of death.
