You should consider your puppy not protected against those diseases included in the vaccination, so yes, even a walk through your neighborhood could be dangerous.

I would strongly recommend to vaccinate her first before going out and get in contact with other dogs. Puppy classes should be safe as long as whoever runs these can guarantee a controlled setting.
