A. It is best to have it checked and tested by you veterinarian. A fine needled aspiration (aspirate some cells with a needle)may give you a reliable answer. It is not possible to know for certain the nature of it by just having a look at it, even though some lumps have a very characteristic appearance (for example lipomas).
