A. Those signs ideally need to be checked by your veterinarian. Heart disease (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) is frequently associated with hyperthyroidism and can show up with dyspnoea (breathing problem). Sometimes a variable amount of fluid could build up in/around the lungs. I would recommend to take him/her to your veterinarian for a check up and ideally x rays of the chest as initial investigations for possible heart problem.
