Q. Loss of appetite, weight loss.a little lethargy want to eat just milk and fish no compost or meet, almost does not defecate, and does not want

A. Weight loss and loss of appetite is a major concern. I would strongly recommend to take her to your veterinarian for a check up and more investigation to identify the underlying cause. Several gastrointestinal diseases can cause those signs (from inflammatory or infectious gastroenteritis to even a foreign body ingestion).

If she is not eating much I am not surprised that she is not passing much feces (the intestine may take a while to process the feces). A foreign body ingestion is a possibility so I would recommend to take her to your veterinarian.
