Q. My dog woke me up at 5 am from vomiting white foam that when cleaned had a yellow tinge. Took him outside no problem. Came inside and he was hungry

A. I would suggest to starve him for the next 8 hours and then start feeding him with small portion of a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice every 6 hours for the next 2 days. If the signs persist or if you notice anything else as lethargy, diarrhoea, inappetence or signs of pain/ discomfort I would then recommend to take him to your eteribaian for a check up and appropriTe treatment.
