A. At this age loss of weight could be pretty much anything, most possibilities are not good. The list is long but i'll try to mention the most common reasons:

Renal failure, internal tumor, intestinal blockage, foreign body in the stomach, IBD, heart failure, lung tumor, heartworm.

I recommend taking her to the vet ASAP in order to investigate and diagnose the problem.
