Q. My dog seems to have stomach or back pain. Won't jump or climb stairs. Won't run. Seems to be in pain while sitting. No diahrea or vomiting

A. It's very difficult to know for sure where the pain is coming from, he needs to inspected by a vet, usually the vet can tell by palpating different parts of his body where the pain arise from and go from there.

He might need further investigation (bloods, xray) as well as medications (pain killers at the very least).
