Q. We recently moved and since moving my dog has been throwing up and her poop is black and tar like with a good amount of blood in it.

A. This is either a severe gastrointeritis, a stomach/duodenal ulcer or a foreign body in the stomach. Black stools or vomit is a sign of bleeding from the stomach (the acids in the stomach coagulate the blood which then turns black).

This is a case that will require you to go physically to the vet as she might need an Xray and some medications for sure.
