Q. My small dog has been yelping out in pain about every 15 minutes. He then comes to one of us and rolls over as if he wants a belly rub, he lays down.

A. IF he doesn't show ant specific sign of pain such as limping or having problems moving - it might be an internal pain. an internal pain can arise from any internal disease basically.

If it carries on, i recommend taking him to the vet in order to try and find out where the pain is coming from and treat it accordingly.
