A. Your cat is blocked, his urinary tract has a severe blockage (almost full probably), it's an emergency situation and you need to take him to the vet immediately in order to unblock him - he will be sedated and a urinary catheter will be inserted through his penis in order to d-block him. he will probably need a blood test and according to the result he might or might not need hospitalization.
