Q. My mini poodle puppy has a large infected "lump" on his left leg, we have applied some hydrozole and bandaged it up. What is it? and is it serious?

Answered By

A. Hydrozol is an anti fungal cream, it's not likely to help as your are probably dealing with a bacterial infection. you need a topical antibiotic cream or systemic antibiotic to be taken orally. i strongly recommend taking him to the vet as treating it randomly without knowing the cause might make it worse.
