A. This sounds like a potentially serious condition or an obstruction in the airway. I would highly recommend that you take her in for a chest x-Ray to find out exactly what these abnormal sounds mean for your pet. Asthma isn't very common in dogs, however more common causes of wheezing are obstructions of the airway which can be caused by a multitude of things. X-rays are a definite next step needed here to gather more information.
