Q. I have a little Dog that all of a sudden just started to cry very loudly at random occasion and will shake out of control. Vet couldnt find anything

A. Sounds like your pet is having some neurological abnormalities. These are often very difficult to pinpoint the issue and can involve pretty intensive testing if the signs become severe (i.e. MRI, CT scan).

Most neurological abnormalities will not have many abnormalities that show up on bloodwork, so we won't find anything there.

My best recommendation to you is the record the next event on your phone or recording device so that the vet can visualize the event, and then the best next diagnostic can be implemented. In some cases if it can't be found with your general practitioner vet, you will need a neural specialist to help pinpoint the problem, especially if the signs are really severe.
