A. This sounds like a possible bee bite or localized allergic reaction. I would look for possible holes in the skin, typically in the center. If there is one present you may be able to manage this with applying a cold compress to the area and giving antihistamines - Bendaryl 1mg/lb tablet every 8-12 hrs. Look for potential spreading of the inflammation. If this things gets worse then she may need stronger intervention through a veterinarian.
