Q. What could my dog have that causes constant skin rashes on her belly and wrinkles? She is a 2 year old pug and it is not seasonal. on special diet.

A. Rashes on the ventrum (underside of the pet) are more commonly caused by a contact irritant that the pet is laying in (grass is a common cause). If you cannot find the cause and your pet is having chronic issues with skin it may be a good idea to discuss having a skin allergy test done with your veterinarian so that you can pinpoint the environmental allergen and treat appropriately.
