If you are seeing any limping, difficulty breathing, inability to eat, or obvious injuries to the skin, then seek veterinary attention to address these. A. Purring can be a good sign, but is also a way of telling the handler " Don';t hurt me, I am harmless and helpless". Lethargy is not a good sign, your kitten may be in pain and have some internal injury. She needs to eat and drink. Please take her to a veterinarian tomorrow to make sure she has no serious injuries.
