Q. Older large dog. One hind leg started going out from under 8 months ago.Last wk. at deaths door.Then got a lot better today.Acting drunk now falling.

A. There are signs of a neurological disorder. Falling over, drunken walk can be caused by several things including toxins, primary brain tumors, even liver disease. I would recommend that you get your pet seen by a veterinarian for bloodwork to help pinpoint what is the primary cause of these signs and then you can make an informed decision on what care you want to pursue for your pet's well being.
