Q. HI, my puppy is weak and whining and yelping alot, especially when he is drinking.

A. Your puppy sounds like he is painful and this is a concern. Painful puppies are either weak from something in their GI tract that shouldn't be there or an injury to the body from blunt trauma. This does not sound like it can be handled with any at home care and I advise that you take puppy to a veterinarian for a full examination to find out where the source of pain and weakness is coming from so that it can be treated appropriately.
