Q. young dog vomiting every so often, not active will not eat.giving gator aid

Answered By

A. Lethargic puppies worry me. If your pet is a puppy and not fully vaccinated I would be very suspicious of parvovirus. However if your pet is vaccinated and likes to eat things then I would be suspicious of a severe gastroenteritis or a foreign body.

Vomiting and lethargy are pretty vague symptoms and as you can see can have a lot of possibilities here. I would recommend that you get your puppy examined by a veterinarian because whatever the cause, it sounds like your puppy needs immediate help and proper treatment for his/her well being.
