Q. I have a small maltese she is bleeding from butt and has diarrhea. She isnt vomiting and doesnt seem to hurt when she goes potty

A. Bleeding from the anal area and having bloody diarrhea are 2 separate things. I assume she is having bloody diarrhea and she is not painful or lethargic. This sounds like a possible hemorrhagic enteritis (HGE) which is seen in some pets that are sensitive to changes in food and environment. HGE typically is treated successfully with Metrnoidazole and probiotics (Fortiflora) or over the counter Culturelle can be as effective. Dehydration can be combated by giving your pet Pedialyte by mouth.
At any rate, I encourage you to seek a veterinarian clinic as soon as you can to ensure this isn't anything more and she can get prompt treatment to help avoid complications and dehydration.
