Q. For the past few days only at night my dog as been panting and shake when fetch upstairs and acting strange

Answered By

A. Panting or increased breathes at night are a possible sign of heart disease. And the exercise intolerance when she goes upstairs is also a sign of a possible heart problem. I would let your vet know these symptoms and get a thorough exam for her including heart auscultation. X-rays may be recommended to look at the heart size and lung fields to look for abnormalities.
