Q. my 4 year old golden woke up un able to walk. when he tries to get up his leg trembles. he wont eat or drink

A. Poor guy. He sounds like he is in trouble and needs to see a vet asap. Generalized muscle paresis can be a sign of so many diseases that not all can even begin to be listed here in the chat box, including heart disease, toxicities (including botulism), tick bites, etc. The vet will run some bloodwork on your guy to narrow this list down to a few possibilities based on what abnormalities are found, that way they can get started on an appropriate treatment to hopefully reverse these symptoms and get him better.
