Q. Extreme lthargy, no appetite, sunken eyes. No fever, no vomiting or diarrhe

A. These symptoms don't really scream one disease or another unfortunately so won't be able to give you definite possibilities here. However any cat that is not eating should alarm owners and vets that there is something really wrong here and needs to be addressed quickly. Cats in particular can get a condition called hepatic lipidosis or a"fatty liver" syndrome as the body looks for other sources of energy and during that breakdown of fat stores in the body, fatty deposits are made on the liver making your cat even sicker. I highly recommend taking your cat to a vet as soon as possible for testing and appropriate treatment based on what is found.
