A. Disorientation and vomiting can indicate a neurological/balance issue, reaction to toxic substances or severe fever with dehydration, amongst other things. I would advise an examination by a vet as a matter of urgency as this is not normal behavior and early treatment could make all the difference. The stumbling may or may not have been related
