Q. Adopted dogwho was in process of being treated for Whip worm. Treatment completed. Now has extreme difficutly with BM's Pumpkin/miralax didn't work

I recommend you get her fully assessed by a veterinarian, severe constipation is not a common side effect of worm treatments and given that it has not resolved with conservative treatments I would be concerned about either a blockage or reduced muscle or nerve function preventing her from passing normal motions
