Q. My cat vomited huge quantities of undigested food the day before yesterday. She's eating dry food/peeing/pooing OK, but is very lethargic. V worried.

A. If she is lethargic and you are worried she should be checked out fully by your local vet, without her age it is difficult to advise on differentials for vomiting. I would be cautious of furballs if she is not regularly treated with a preventive medication and vomiting can occasional cause some reflux type discomfort which can resolve on its own or may require supportive treatment as prescribed by your vet. If she is older or could have come into contact with anything toxic, especially lilies or antifreeze I recommend blood and urine tests for kidney function also.
