Q. My dog has always had loose stools. How do I stop this

Answered By

A. Finding a diet which she is able to process correctly will likely help with this condition as it is likely her digestion is not at strong as others. It can be trial and error to find the correct one but I would try a hydrolyzed diet or specific intestinal based diet for 6 weeks to assess response and to adapt depending on response. Vitamin supplements by injection may also be required if she is not absorbing them by herself, especially vitamin b12.
