Q. My rescue sheltie is having frequent bowel and bladder accidents in the house. Now I have noticed a cyst in lower abdomen. She does now have hematuri

A. You do not mention how long you have had her, ow old she is or if this is a new development. Hematuria must be assessed by a vet as soon as possible, this can be related to infections, crystals/stones or growths in the bladder or urinary tract and cold explain some of her accidents. If she had been previously house trained this would be a big concern and should be checked by a vet urgently
