A. I recommend you arrange to have these fully flushed out by a vet under sedation and samples assessed both for mites and culture and sensitivity to ensure the correct antibiotic is being used. Young kittens are prone to developing polyps in the ear canal also and must be removed if present before the ears will heal; these can be checked for under the same sedation also
