A. If the whole tooth including the root has fallen out and if the tooth did not break off then you can observe the area from which it fell out. If it gets infected or looks very red and painful or swollen you need to take him to the vet for some antibiotics. If te tooth broke off then the root needs to be taken out by the veterinarian,
