Q. Our dog suffers from renial failure. He just threw up his food and there are little black balls in his vomit. They look like rabbit poo.

A. Without seeing them I can only guess that they are either part of his food, or, maybe clotted blood or maybe he actually got a hold of rabbit poo and ate it.. Make sure he is drinking enough water, and if he vomits again, keep some of the black balls and take him and the black stuff to your veterinarian for an exam.
