A. I would get your puppy checked for possible injury or nerve damage to his rear end. Depending on the breed/type there may a chance for some kind of congenital malformation responsible for this condition. Your vet will do an exam and possibly x-rays to determine the reason for his condition and, depending on the results, will be better able to advise you on care and potential outcomes.
