Q. Tshitzu Bishon puppy 3 yrs. Can not eat. Lethargic. Thick stringy saliva, clear/foamy drool on left side of mouth, Had large salivary cyst removed 1yr

A. Your dog sounds very ill and should be seen by a vet right away. It sounds like something is making him very nauseated or making it difficult to swallow, or that he may even have bad teeth. If he is already lethargic, he needs to be seen as soon as possible as he is probably weak and dehydrated from not eating.
