A. He should be examined by your vet and treated as indicated if necessary. If he is intact, having him neutered may decrease his wandering about outside. It may take time but he should eventually return to his outdoor ways if you allow him. Warm his food or mix in a teaspoon of baby food to stimulate his appetite. Foods with strong odors may get him eating again also.
