Q. My 4 year ols Shih Tzu , I always hear his stomach gurgling when he is lying next to me at night . What do I do for this. It is all the time?

Answered By

A. Your dog's stomach may be gurgling because it is empty or he has some gas. Try giving him a small meal before bed and see if that reduces the sounds his stomach is making. If it doesn't help, he may be gassy. In that case you may want to try switching up his food.
