Q. Our cat should go to the veterinarian. However, even though we can pet her, we cannot pick her up or get her in a carrier. Any suggestions? 9 yrs

A. You can start trying to train her to go into a carrier with food or treats. If she will not go for that you can try toweling her and placing her in the carrier. Worst case scenario you can contact a mobile vet to come to your home and treat her there. It is probably the most convenient and least stressful option.
