Q. My Parakeet is picking her self real bad. I have sprayed her and all. She is eating and drinking ok, but can't get her to stop picking so much.

A. Feather plucking can be due to multiple problems including stress, boredom, and mites. Make sure her cage is free of parasites. If none present, make sure she has plenty of enrichment toys available. Toys are relatively inexpensive at your local pet store. Make sure you are interacting with her if she is the only bird, or consider adopting a friend for her.
