Q. Dog is coughing like something is in his throat but I already took him to the vet and theres nothing in there. Could it be his lungs?

Answered By

A. Yes, it could. There is a long list of diseases which can manifest in this type of cough (kennel cough, swelling, wound, foreign body in the throat, tracheal and lungs diseases). If there is no improvement to the initial treatment you should take your dog back to your vets for further investigation like throat examination under sedation and/or chest x-ray.
