A. Hydralazine is sometimes used in dogs. 10mg for 10 ib dog should not cause any problems. The most common side effect of hydralazine is drop in blood pressure. If you see your puppy becoming weak, wobbly on legs, lethargic you should contact your vets without delay. Again, it would be rather unlikely effect of this dose of hydralazine
